Joint Management Body of Prangin Mall (Prangin Mall-JMB) is established under the provision of the Building and Common Property (Maintenance and Management) Act 2007 on 28th September 2008 to properly maintain the common property of Prangin Mall and enforce house rules for the proper maintenance and management of the building. Since the inception of Prangin Mall-JMB, it has successfully transform Prangin Mall and return it’s shine with new internal and external painting, all faulty escalators are fully commissioned, attract more shoppers with major event and happenings in the mall.
